Regular meetings are usually open to any parishioner, parent or guardian of a student, and faculty and staff of St. Peter School.  Any member of the parish, parents or guardians of students, faculty and staff of St Peter School may request an opportunity to voice an opinion at any board meeting by notifying in writing the pastor, principal, or president of the board three days prior to the meeting.  If the president and principal judge this to be an appropriate matter then they may be placed on the agenda.  To treat confidential matters, a session may be declared an Executive (closed) Session by the board president.
